TERMS OF SERVICE

Rights
- I can share commission artwork publicly on social media.
- I will give you the high res .png of the commission, and any posts I make on social media will be a low-res version.
- If you would like a private commission, the cost is 1.5x of the original cost (e.g. a $20 commission will cost $30). A private commission disallows me from sharing the artwork publicly, but proper credit is still required.Ownership
- The default prices on my commissions are for non-commercial use.
If you would like a commercial use commission, the cost is 2x the original cost (e.g. a $20 commission will cost $40).
- Examples of non-commercial use: Art printed/reproduced for personal use/gifts, used for stream assets, for viewing, posting art on social media.
-Example of commercial use: Art printed or reproduced and sold for profit.Deadlines
- If a deadline is not specified by the commissioner, then I will finish the commission at my own pace.
- Paying a rush fee allows you to cut the line on my to-do list. I will accept finishing an art as quickly as 2 weeks for reference sheets, and 3 days for chibis. However, please confirm with me that I would be available to rush a commission before paying the rush fee.Payment/Cancelling/Refunding
- I prefer to not take payments until the month that I will complete your commission.
- Payment is full up-front through ko-fi.
- You can cancel or change your commission anytime before payment.
- After having started the commission, refunds are not offered, unless I believe I am unable to fulfill your commission request.

- Base price for a front view full-body image: $180 ⬜Add-ons:
- Back view full-body: +80
- *Original character design: +60
- *Character redesign: +40
- *Extra character design options: +10 per design
- Adding background: +10
- Adding close-ups: +2-10 for each close up
- **Adding extra reference sheet details (color palette, logo, credits, and/or lore): $4
- Extra revisions over offered amount: +10 per revision
- Rush fee: x2 the price. See TOS to see how quickly I could deliver the commission.
- Private/commercial pricing is in the TOS.
