TERMS OF SERVICE

Rights
- I can share commission artwork publicly on social media.
- I will give you the high res .png of the commission, and any posts I make on social media will be a low-res version.
- If you would like a private commission, the cost is 1.5x of the original cost (e.g. a $20 commission will cost $30). A private commission disallows me from sharing the artwork publicly, but proper credit is still required.Ownership
- The default prices on my commissions are for non-commercial use.
If you would like a commercial use commission, the cost is 2x the original cost (e.g. a $20 commission will cost $40).
- Examples of non-commercial use: Art printed/reproduced for personal use/gifts, used for stream assets, for viewing, posting art on social media.
-Example of commercial use: Art printed or reproduced and sold for profit.Deadlines
- If a deadline is not specified by the commissioner, then I will finish the commission at my own pace.
- Paying a rush fee allows you to cut the line on my to-do list. I will accept finishing an art as quickly as 2 weeks for reference sheets, and 3 days for chibis. However, please confirm with me that I would be available to rush a commission before paying the rush fee.Payment/Cancelling/Refunding
- I prefer to not take payments until the month that I will complete your commission.
- Payment is full up front through ko-fi.
- You can cancel or change your commission anytime before payment.
- After having started the commission, refunds are not offered, unless I believe I am unable to fulfill your commission request.

REFERENCE SHEETS

- Base price for a front view full-body image: $200
- Back view full-body: +$100
- Original character design: +60
- *Extra character design options: +10 per design
- Adding background: +15-20
- Adding close-ups: +5-20 for each close up
- Color palette: +4
- **Adding logo: +2
- **Adding credits text: +4
- **Adding lore text: +4
- *Extra revisions over offered amount: +10 per revision
- Rush fee: +100-120. See TOS to see how quickly I could deliver the commission.
- Private/commercial pricing is in the TOS.

CHIBIS

- Base price for 1 chibi: $45
- *Extra revisions over offered amount: +5 per revision
- Multiple chibis can be added to the same drawing for the same price.

1Specify details of the reference sheet commission when sending a ko-fi requestAnswer the following questions:
- Would you like an original character design?
- What is on the layout (Possible answers, but not limited to: Front and back full body, color palette, background, logo, credits, socials, lore, or # or close-ups)?
- What are the dimensions of the drawing (can be changed later)?
- Are you are adding the logo, credits, socials, lore, close-ups on the layout: if so, please give details of these.

For the following questions, please refer to the TOS for further details and extra pricing.
- What is your deadline for the project (by default, you will be added to the bottom of the waitlist, but rush fees are an option)?
- Is this a private commission?
- Is this a commercial commission?
2 (Skip if you do not want a character design)Discussing character designsI will draw 3 rough character designs. If I think of more than 3, I will draw them with no upcharge. If we don’t want to proceed with any of the designs, extra character designs can be drawn for extra cost (see commission pricings). After proceeding with one of the rough designs, we can render out the character design more.
3Front and/or back full-body render2 revisions are allowed per full-body.
4 (Skip if you do not want extra details)Extra details render3 revisions are allowed.
5Confirm layout of the commissionI will suggest a layout for the reference sheet. After confirmation, I will add all parts to the layout. Background art is included in this stage. 2 revisions are allowed.
6Receiving the commissionI will give you a high-res .png of the reference sheet, and transparent .png’s of the front and back full body.
