TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms
- I can share commission artwork publicly on social media.
- The default prices on my commissions are for non-commercial use.Private commissions
- A private commission disallows me from sharing the artwork publicly, or delaying the time I post the artwork from when I finish it.
- A private commission disallows me from streaming the artwork process.
- Proper credit when the artwork is used is required.
- Private commission cost multipliers are listed for each commission type in the 'Commissions' page.Commercial-use commissions
- Examples of non-commercial use: Art printed/reproduced for personal use/gifts, used for stream assets, for viewing, posting art on social media.
-Example of commercial use: Art printed or reproduced and sold for profit.

- When contacting, we can discuss your project deadline. If there is no general deadline, I will assign a month where I will finish the commission.

- Payment is full up-front through ko-fi or Paypal.
- You can cancel or change your commission anytime before payment.
- After having started the commission, refunds are not offered, unless I believe I am unable to fulfill your commission request.

CHARACTER DESIGN

Commissions are treated with open communication (not skeb-like) -- I am open to back-and-forth conversations to make something we both like! I am comfortable doing minor revisions, but going over one major revision will incur a charge of $15/revision.When reaching out, feel free to provide details of the design through words, picture references, mood boards, etc.!Workflow: I draw the number of sketches you want. If wanted multiple design sketches, you can decide on one to continue working with. Then we can work together to render out finalized design!Base price for 1 design sketch: $150⬜Add-ons/alternate cost:
- Extra design sketch of the same description: +80Extra fees (more details in TOS):
